a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, meditation coach, and sound practitioner with over 6 years of experience in the wellness space. Based in the St. Cloud area, my journey began with teaching dynamic vinyasa yoga, but over the years, it has evolved into a more gentle, holistic approach focused on breath, sound, and presence.
I’ve come to believe that healing isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about meeting yourself where you are and embracing the journey with compassion. At Still Point, I create a sanctuary where imperfection is celebrated, and growth begins with what you already have.
Through guided meditation and soothing sound baths, I’m here to help you pause, release, and reconnect with your calm. Whether in a group class, private session, or a private group sound experience, my goal is to build a supportive community where you can show up as you are and find peace in the present moment.
